Health doesn’t just cover our outside appearance. The more important areas of a healthy lifestyle to me are internal and mental.You should never give in, or settle for stress. When you realize that you’re affected by depression seek out ways for it’s depletion! The more you attempt to negate or ignore depression the more severe it can become. Do not let depression poison your emotions, or the people close to you. Sometimes our own stress reliefs are not strong enough to handle what we may be going through, so extra mental assistance may be greatly required. If you know you’re not happy with the way your life is going please seek therapy. People always assume the worst about expressing pain or joy to a stranger outside of their circle. But it can really benefit the current nightmare you feel trapped in. The longer you live in denial the more dangerous your future can become. And if you won’t go for yourself, go for the people that love you and want nothing but the best for you. This is just my opinion…
