Just watched @mikethecompass video " Is it okay to wear fake #sneakers?" Here's my #opinion: It's YOUR life so you can do WHATEVER you want with it! The world's judgemental no matter the topic, if you choose to "fake it" that's totally fine & in your control. Personally my integrity won't let me spend my funds on fake replicas but I'm ONLY speaking for MYSELF! If I can't afford the authentic item, I just won't get it until I financially can. It doesn't make sense for me to spend money on cheap materials & low grade quality knowing it would call out my conscience. My logic is if you purchase something & after you buy it you have $0 left then you couldn't afford what you just bought. I only buy what I like & could care less what anyone thinks of me. My life & money are soley my business. I will always be real with myself & embrace my character like a suit of armor. Don't let insecurities push you into purchases just to impress others.
