About 5 months ago an x-ray showed that my C5 and C6 disc in my spine sat lower than normal which made sense to me because I knew my ignorant past of “Ego Lifting” played a part in this discomfort discovery. I haven’t held a barbell over my back since the spring but it feels great to be back in action! Lifting heavy weights can really do damage to your body and lifestyle in the future if your form is terrible. So push thoes ego’s aside along with the injuries and listen to your body! You only get one so respect it!
